House of the Dragon and The Boys

Caught up on House of the Dragon (2 episodes), and The Boys (5 episodes), and night and day differences.

House of the Dragon is everything one can expect:  growing tension as a result of family politics starts out a bit slow, but still consistently a well acted show.  I look forward to the remainder of the season.

The Boys: 5 episodes have been released and there are good things about the season, but the show has some "controversial material" and some unlikable characters introduced.  Episode 5 was fun though, and I don't know where this season is driving to.  We shall see.
